The house has simple, discrete contemporary form and is very well distributed.
Architecture refers to mountain chalet houses and is adapted to tropical conditions.
During the construction process we have put a lot of care for every detail. Our main goal
was to give a soul to that house and make it cosy and unique from all the other ones on
the costarican market. This is why our offer assumes also an option with complete
interior design!


Interior spaces are bright, tall and open. In front of a house there is big wooden pergola
that provides comfortable parking spaces and follows right to the main entrance of the
house. Main entrance includes 100 years old wooden doors that we've brought from
Europe especially for this house.


Entrance hall is full of light with white walls, porcelanato floor and spacial wall decoration
that plays with lights inside of it. It opens directly for the bright leaving room with visible
white roof structure.


Leaving room is an open space that includes leaving room area, dinning and
kitchen space. Wooden floor in this room feels like velvet and it's made from oak panels
that came to us from Austria. Right next to the living room there is a small office space
with a window opening for green area. From there, passing by the black wooden doors,
we enter to independent zone of the master bedroom with bath in the center and its own
toilet and shower.


This room is full of daylight, white and opens for amazing sunset view. As a contrast,
both - bathroom and shower room that belongs to that zone are kept in dark colours with
glamorous decorations. Oak wooden floor has been replaced in the toilet and shower
room by similar porcelanato floor that looks like wooden one.


On the other side of the house there is another bedroom and white bathroom filled
with daylight.


All the rooms have access to the terrace that is green and natural continuation of
the leaving spaces. Terrace is 115m2 private space. It opens for beautiful views with
zurqui mountain and every evening delivers amazing sunsets.


We have planed there bbq area, dinning space and a chillout zone with original wooden
hot tub that makes the experience even more magical. There is also storage unite and
washing room. Terrace is finished with polished concrete and lines of river rocks. The
space is surrounded by the plants like bamboo, palms, bananos, decorative ginger,
blooming bougainvilleas, papyrus and salvia that attracts colourful butterflies.
Property has a form of two platforms: upper platform: 534m2, lower platform:
400m2.


The house is constructed on the upper one. In the lower part we have organised
additional terrace. This space is left free for the moment to give it's owners creation
freedom. It is perfect for citric trees, coffee plants or additional rancho surrounded with
flowers.
